Clear, Hold and Build Project Overview

Our school is working closely with the police to create a stronger and safer community through the Clear, Hold, and Build project. Here’s what we’re doing together:
Our Police Officers
PC Andy Moore and PCSO Lucy Howden are regular visitors to our school. They lead assemblies, work with pupils, and are always happy to speak to parents about any concerns or issues in the community.
HOPE Allotment
– We have access to the HOPE allotment at the old Henry Cooper site.
– Each week, a group of children visits to help with gardening projects.
– Parents and carers are welcome to join in, especially during school holidays. If you’re interested, let Miss Wood know!

Pop-Up Park at Illthorpe/Homethorpe
– The pop-up park opened in July 2024 and is maintained by our school.
– We are partnering with the council to further develop the park.
– Parents who want to get involved in this exciting project can contact Miss Wood for more details.
For any questions or to get involved in these projects, please reach out to Miss Wood, our school contact for the Clear, Hold, and Build initiative. Let’s work together to make our community better!
